本標準利用規約（以下「本規約」）をよくお読みください。本サービス（下記定義）を利用することにより、お客様は本規約に同意し、お客様とSeneca ESG（以下「Seneca ESG」「当社」「私たち」）との間で法的契約が成立します。
Seneca ESGは2つのクラウドベースのソフトウェアソリューション（EPICおよびZENO）を提供しており、これによりフレームワークの作成、レポーターの割り当て、データ収集の追跡、事業単位・拠点別や事業単位×拠点別での分析、収集データの監査、インパクト評価や投資ポートフォリオのカスタムスコアリングなどが可能です。これらソフトウェアはSeneca ESGが運営するプラットフォームの一部であり、https://www.senecaesg.com 及びSeneca ESGが所有・運営・管理するその他のウェブサイトやモバイルアプリ（以下総称して「Seneca ESGサイト」といいます）を通じて提供されます。EPICおよびZENOソフトウェアプラットフォームと、当社製品・サービスを通じて提供されるインサイト、分析、その他の機能をあわせて「サービス」といいます。Seneca ESGには従業員、役員、取締役、独立請負業者、および代表者（「当社チーム」）がいます。お客様がサービスの利用者またはサービス利用者を代表する方である場合、本契約上「クライアント」（または「お客様」）とみなされます。
本規約およびプライバシーポリシー（https://www.senecaesg.com/privacy-policy/）、著作権・商標ポリシー（総称して「本契約」）は、お客様がサービスを利用できる条件を定め、お客様のアカウントや、お客様およびユーザーに関するデータの当社による取扱い方法について説明します。本規約に同意しない場合は、直ちにサービスの利用を中止してください。
また、クライアントアカウントには、利用履歴やステータスに基づき、サービス固有の機能にアクセスできる場合があります。
